Affectionately called "The Normal". This 50 minute Acupuncture session is compact but not rushed. Robust but not overpowering ;) A set of 4 at regular price would be $320. Buying this way it becomes $300. $80 vs $75 The sessions may be used in time intervals of your choosing [weekly, monthly, biweekly, irregularly :/ ] or given to someone else to use (if that person has a medical history on file at OM Connection). Save even more, $300 becomes $288, if the package of 4 is consumed weekly or semiweekly. $75 vs $72 Why encourage weekly? Especially in the beginning of your relationship with Oriental Medicine @ OM Connection, receiving frequent & consistent treatment usually yields better results. After each treatment, your body experiences a return to equilibrium and a call to self-regulate its many functions but will fall back into habitual patterns, especially if no changes are made in lifestyle. Frequent, consistent OM treatments can build the necessary momentum to override the habitual. Spacing treatments further out in the beginning could reduce the traction needed to change patterns. If your particular situation is better suited to less frequent sessions it will have been identified in the New Patient Exam & communicated to you. If your particular situation will benefit considerably from very frequent sessions it will have been identified in the NPE & communicated to you. Otherwise, once a week or semiweekly is beneficial in the beginning. Purchase this package at $300. If they are used within a four week time frame, the additional savings earned will be refunded to you or deducted from future treatments. Enjoy. Cancellation Policy
To alter a scheduled appointment, call or text 904-580-3980, or use the WhatsApp chat feature on the website to communicate what you want to change. The timestamp of the message will be construed as the time notice was given to the Clinic. Rescheduling an appointment does not result in a fee. The Clinic understands there is a need for flexibility with so many demands for your time. Try your best to not reschedule at the last moment or multiple times for the same appointment. It turns out the more stressed you are over demands on you, getting a treatment at that time can replenish reserves so you do not get depleted, which worsens health & happiness. Cancellations only results in a fee if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of the scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the services booked. OM Connection reserves the right to wave the Cancellation Fee on a case by case basis. OM Connection reserves the right to interpret a Reschedule done within 48 hours of the appointment that then leads to a Cancellation as a Cancellation Fee triggering event. A No-show+no-call event will be charged the full price of the services booked. In the case of deposits collected online at the time of booking, those will be applied against the Cancellation Fee or No-show+no-call Fee, whichever fee has been incurred.
