This is an upcharge item you add to your shopping cart when you are taking 4 or more Rxs. Your situation requires very careful analysis for proper risk assessment and planning. Your long list of medications may take 10 additional minutes to confirm during the in person exam, but after the exam, the extra medications could possibly add hours of time to the analysis & planning. You will receive a follow-up report explaining to you what the mechanisms of action are for your medications, what functional systems they block to get the results they get, and a list of the known side effects that match your health complaints. When a Patient is suffering from Polypharmacy, Herbal Medicine & Homeopathy can be very useful in helping a person's body regain functionality lost to Rxs drugs. Prescription drugs reduce unwanted physical or mental behaviors by overriding bodily functions. This causes those natural bodily functions to go dormant. There will likely be an intermittant period where the body needs time to reawaken what was shut down. Herbs + Acupuncture is the ideal route to recover from Polypharmacy. Cancellation Policy
To alter a scheduled appointment, call or text 904-580-3980, or use the WhatsApp chat feature on the website to communicate what you want to change. The timestamp of the message will be construed as the time notice was given to the Clinic. Rescheduling an appointment does not result in a fee. The Clinic understands there is a need for flexibility with so many demands for your time. Try your best to not reschedule at the last moment or multiple times for the same appointment. It turns out the more stressed you are over demands on you, getting a treatment at that time can replenish reserves so you do not get depleted, which worsens health & happiness. Cancellations only results in a fee if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of the scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the services booked. OM Connection reserves the right to wave the Cancellation Fee on a case by case basis. OM Connection reserves the right to interpret a Reschedule done within 48 hours of the appointment that then leads to a Cancellation as a Cancellation Fee triggering event. A No-show+no-call event will be charged the full price of the services booked. In the case of deposits collected online at the time of booking, those will be applied against the Cancellation Fee or No-show+no-call Fee, whichever fee has been incurred.
