This is the basis for treatment packages offered to improve your facial appearance simmultaneously with improving your body's health as indicated by your facial signs. These particular packages function as an ENGAGEMENT RING ENHANCER. A cosmetic facial procedure you choose is your engagement ring sandwiched between the Oriental medicine "enhancer": A series of acupuncture treatments are done BEFORE the cosmetic procedure to start restoring your overall health. Obtaining a state of health beforehand will lengthen the amount of time the results from the cosmetic procedure last, improve the aesthetic result, quicken healing from the cosmetic procedure and reduce downtime. Relatively soon AFTER the cosmetic procedure is done, the Patient will receive a follow up acupuncture treatment to reset the body into a state of calm, rest, & repair from any physical trauma incurred from the cosmetic procedure to further enhance rapid recovery, increased macro & micro circulation, faster tissue regeneration and resolution of swelling. There will be two more post cosmetic acupuncture treatments to make sure bodily resources are channeled to the face as well as to further enhance the overall health of the Patient - again because of the mapping of the body's health onto the face, you want to keep the body healthy. Appropriate herbal formulas will be provided before during and after the cosmetic work to enhance overall health and to speed recovery. Cancellation Policy
To alter a scheduled appointment, call or text 904-580-3980, or use the WhatsApp chat feature on the website to communicate what you want to change. The timestamp of the message will be construed as the time notice was given to the Clinic. Rescheduling an appointment does not result in a fee. The Clinic understands there is a need for flexibility with so many demands for your time. Try your best to not reschedule at the last moment or multiple times for the same appointment. It turns out the more stressed you are over demands on you, getting a treatment at that time can replenish reserves so you do not get depleted, which worsens health & happiness. Cancellations only results in a fee if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of the scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the services booked. OM Connection reserves the right to wave the Cancellation Fee on a case by case basis. OM Connection reserves the right to interpret a Reschedule done within 48 hours of the appointment that then leads to a Cancellation as a Cancellation Fee triggering event. A No-show+no-call event will be charged the full price of the services booked. In the case of deposits collected online at the time of booking, those will be applied against the Cancellation Fee or No-show+no-call Fee, whichever fee has been incurred.
