In this Package, you must fill out patient forms in advance and turn them in at least 48 hours before your appointment to allow time for a review by the Practitioner. When you arrive at the Clinic for your first visit, the Practitioner will get clarification on anything that was fuzzy or absent. Your herbal pulse will be felt and tongue diagnostically interpreted. These streams of information will later be synthesized to form a diagnosis. A strategic decision will be made on what to address first. Many people in modern times have complex health situations where everything can not be addressed at once particularly when a patient is weak. A strategy will be chosen for the phases of your herbal therapy. That same day, after we wrap up the collection of Herbal Patient Information, the Patient will receive 40 minutes of bodywork! When the Patient comes in for the next Bodywork session, the herbal formula(s) will be dispensed along with instructions. Each time the Patient comes in to use up the Bodywork sessions purchased in the package, it is an opportunity for the Practitioner to update the records on Patient's progress & listen for any changes to the herbal pulse. Cancellation Policy
To alter a scheduled appointment, call or text 904-580-3980, or use the WhatsApp chat feature on the website to communicate what you want to change. The timestamp of the message will be construed as the time notice was given to the Clinic. Rescheduling an appointment does not result in a fee. The Clinic understands there is a need for flexibility with so many demands for your time. Try your best to not reschedule at the last moment or multiple times for the same appointment. It turns out the more stressed you are over demands on you, getting a treatment at that time can replenish reserves so you do not get depleted, which worsens health & happiness. Cancellations only results in a fee if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of the scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the services booked. OM Connection reserves the right to wave the Cancellation Fee on a case by case basis. OM Connection reserves the right to interpret a Reschedule done within 48 hours of the appointment that then leads to a Cancellation as a Cancellation Fee triggering event. A No-show+no-call event will be charged the full price of the services booked. In the case of deposits collected online at the time of booking, those will be applied against the Cancellation Fee or No-show+no-call Fee, whichever fee has been incurred.
